Dr. Jaime Cahue

Dr. Jaime Cahue is a nationally recognized anesthesiologist with over four decades of experience in some of Mexico’s most respected hospitals. His reputation for clinical excellence and patient safety is built on a career spanning more than a thousand high-stakes procedures, including advanced cardiovascular and neurological surgeries. He earned his M.D. from the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM)—Mexico’s most prestigious medical school—and later completed his specialization in Anesthesiology, certified and authorized by the Dirección General de Profesiones. He also trained at Centro Médico Nacional Siglo XXI, one of Mexico’s most advanced and recognized medical institutions, and is certified by the National Council of Anesthesiology (Consejo Nacional de Anestesiología). Dr. Cahue is fully licensed to practice both general medicine and anesthesiology, with professional credentials officially registered.

At TheraNova Research Institute, Dr. Cahue leads the medical team with unmatched expertise, overseeing each ibogaine treatment with hospital-grade precision and personalized safety protocols.

Paloma Dessire Carrasco Wall

Paloma Dessire Carrasco Wall is a licensed nurse and advanced emergency medical technician, holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from the Autonomous University of Baja California (UABC). With more than ten years of experience in hospital and emergency care, she combines clinical precision with an empathetic and steady approach to patient care. Certified in critical care, neonatal resuscitation, and advanced life support (ACLS/BLS) by the American Heart Association, Paloma has led nursing teams in both public and private healthcare institutions, including Hospital Hispano Americano and a regional ISSSTE medical center in Mexicali, Baja California. At TheraNova Research Institute, she contributes to the stabilization and monitoring protocols that uphold the highest standards of hospital-level safety throughout the Reset Experience.

Gres Estefanía Pérez Gutiérrez

Scientific Research Chemist & Quality Specialist With a Master’s Degree in Nanosciences and a strong background in molecular design and electrochemistry, Gres Estefanía Pérez Gutiérrez ensures that medical compounds used at TheraNova meet the highest standards of safety, purity, and consistency. Her expertise bridges the gap between advanced laboratory research and clinical-quality assurance, contributing to the institute’s commitment to top-quality medicine and scientific integrity. Cinthya Guadalupe Heredia Aviña

Her approach combines evidence-based psychotherapy with advanced techniques such as Tapas Acupressure Technique (TAT) and Faster EFT, both of which are designed to accelerate emotional release and foster nervous system regulation. This integrative model empowers patients to process emotional material with clarity, safety, and purpose. With a professional background that spans emotional regulation, neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), and human development, Cinthya brings depth, empathy, and precision to each stage of the Reset process—ensuring that psychological care is as intentional and transformative as the medical treatment itself. Graciela Garibay Muñiz

Graciela’s work integrates individual and group psychological evaluations, clinical support for substance-related disorders, and interventions for a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges. Her multifaceted method allows for a personalized response to each patient’s unique needs. Graciela de la C. Garibay Muñiz is the lead psychologist for Spanish-speaking candidates at TheraNova Research Institute, offering structured emotional support throughout every stage of the Reset Experience. Graciela de la C. Garibay Muñiz is a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) specialist and part of the emotional support team at TheraNova Reset Institute, where she works with Spanish-speaking candidates throughout their Reset Experience. Her therapeutic approach is grounded in scientific evidence and focuses on identifying and transforming patterns of thought and behavior that contribute to emotional distress. Through this process, she helps patients enhance their quality of life with greater emotional stability and clarity. She offers a space rooted in empathy, trust, and professionalism, supporting patients as they process internal experiences and move toward sustainable well-being. Her role complements the medical aspects of treatment by providing structured psychological care that reinforces long-term emotional resilience.

Christian Brito

Christian Brito, B.A. Program Development Coordinator. With a Bachelor’s Degree and international academic formation, Christian brings over six years of experience in the design and coordination of Neuro Reset–based programs. His work integrates medical, psychological, and logistical perspectives into structured systems that support TheraNova’s clinical operations. At TheraNova Research Institute, he contributes to the development and continuous refinement of program frameworks, ensuring that each stage of the Reset Experience is carried out with organization, safety, and purpose. His focus on design and coordination reflects TheraNova’s commitment to precision, clarity, and human-centered care.
